-Discuss any special arrangements made with vendors and provide a complete vendor list

Each wedding is unique, as are the services you will need. Here is an example of a possible wedding day for an LDS temple wedding and the services conducted.
After ceremony:
-After temple ceremony, ensure
photographer and guests are ready for bride and groom’s exit from the temple
-Ensure flowers have been passed
out to bride, groom and wedding party
-Ensure ‘must have’ photos with
friends and family are taken by photographer
-Assist bride/groom around temple
grounds with photographer, while keeping time to ensure couple is on time for
luncheon
Luncheon:
-Arrive at luncheon location and
overlook tables to ensure they are set up properly, place table cards/menus if
applicable
-Ensure luncheon services do not
begin until all family members/bride and groom have arrived
-Cue family members to bless the
food, give toasts, etc.
-Ensure final payments are made to
vendors**
Prior to reception/open house:
-Greet vendors and instruct them as
to where to set up, e.g., wedding band, florist, caterer
-Make sure reception flowers/décor
is set up according to flower order
-Set up guest book and pen, cake
cutting utensils
-Set up table numbers/names and
menu cards
-Set up amenities baskets, hand
towels, candles, etc., in bathrooms
During reception/open house:
-Ensure proper flow of receiving
line/buffet tables
-Cue band, photographer and videographer for
the bride and groom’s first dance,
cutting of the cake, bouquet toss, etc.
-Distribute final
payments/gratuities to vendors at the end of the evening
-Prevent and handle any problems
that may arise during the evening
-Be accessible to
attend to any details that may arise as per the couple's needs
-Coordinate couple’s send-off and
make sure transportation is ready
-Pack up gifts/cards, miscellaneous
ceremony and reception items for family to take
**Day-of coordination services do not include negotiation of any terms in contracts with vendors at any time prior to, during, or after your wedding day. All agreements should be finalized prior to the wedding.
